Rules For Parties
1. Booking and Cancellation:
- Secure your booking with a 25% Non-Refundable Deposit.
- Please give us a 30-day notice for cancellations or changes.
- Full payment is due 5 days before your event.
2. Fees and Charges:
- Transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
- A 3% Credit Card Fee applies to all transactions.
3. Exclusions:
- Dessert Tables, Cake Stands, Backdrops, and Balloons are not provided.
4. Event Closure and Cleanup:
- A 15-minute grace period is given after your party ends.
- Failure to leave within time incurs a $250 fee for each additional 15 minutes.
5. Venue Regulations:
- Avoid hanging or attaching anything to the walls.
- Please wear non-slip socks and remove shoes in the play area.
- Damaging the play mat incurs a $250 repair fee.

Rules For Parties
- An adult must accompany children for the entire duration of their visit.
- Our facility is not a daycare; you are responsible for the safety of those under your care.
- Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages in sealed containers are allowed. However, Fun4Kids Playground is not liable for any illness resulting from outside food or beverages.
- Socks must be worn at all times for hygiene reasons. Socks are available for purchase.
- Entry without a child is not permitted for adults.
- Entry without an adult is not permitted for children.
- Anyone under 18 is considered a child.
- Please refrain from bringing gum or candy onto the premises.
- Glass containers are prohibited, and drinks are not allowed in the play area.
- Climbing up slides is not permitted. Sliding individuals must keep elbows in, slide feet first, and avoid sliding headfirst.
- The Fun4Kids Playground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Remove loose or dangling jewelry before engaging in play.
- No fighting, pushing, swearing, or running is allowed.
- Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited.
- The Fun4Kids Playground reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who violate these rules.
